Unlimited employment contract


Every new employee gets a mentor to help them get used to the company. There is a plan for familiarization that is worked through step by step.


After successful We will take you on for a permanent employment contract, which is usually 6 months.

Our team currently consists of 15 employees at 3 locations and 4 stores. Some of the employees have been with the company for more than 20 years.

Technology and equipment


We have the most modern technology. This serves the communication and the exchange with our customers, suppliers but also among each other in the team. The technology primarily serves to make work easier and to ensure that we concentrate on the essentials: the service to our guests.


Our shops are state-of-the-art, are air-conditioned (except for RÜHLE Riesa), have LED lighting and a pleasant room climate. Our employees are equipped with mobile phones and / or iPads.

Employee discounts


Employees and their relatives receive discounts on purchases in our stores. The amount of the discount depends on the position in the company, length of service and the respective classification. A discount of up to 50% is possible.

Flexible working hours and vacation


Service means being there for the guests when they have (free) time. In order to harmonize the interests of our employees with those of our guests, we have been using a flexible working time model with working time accounts for years.


The amount of vacation depends on length of service and position in the company.


The division of work and leisure time as well as vacation is done in the team. The registration takes place in our IN / tranet, to which you have access. This means that you always have an overview of working hours, vacations, etc.

Initial and continuing education


Our society is changing at breakneck speed. Standing still is a step backwards and quickly leads to (professional) completion. We make sure that you stay up to date and can develop yourself further.


The company usually bears the costs for training and further education.
